1st Receptionist M/F

The Athena Spa**** hotel located in Strasbourg is looking for a Receptionist.

You are a proven professional, independent, rigorous and dynamic.

Excellent presentation and experience in high-end hospitality required.

You are fluent in English and German. Any other language is a plus.

Knowledge of Vega software appreciated.

In addition to your main tasks (check-in, check-out, booking entry, etc.), you will be required to manage OTAs, group requests, booking controls, the establishment's e-reputation, etc. You are versatile and will instill this mindset within your team.

Immediate start date. Permanent contract (39 hours). 2 days off per week according to schedule.

Remuneration based on profile.
